It started off as a Christmas promotion. Find a friend to train with and split the cost of a personal training session.
The start of 2018 and lots of lovely ladies had taken advantage of the offer. As I started with their fitness programmes I realised that my clients were having more fun with a buddy. Competitive spirit was great and they worked harder.
It also made hiring a personal trainer affordable and ladies were able to take advantage of my expertise without a super expensive price tag.
The good news is the buddy offer has been so successful it is here to stay. Grab a friend, get fit and have fun.
Probably. Lots of people struggle with motivation. I will exercise later, I don’t have the time, I don’t really know where to start.
A personal trainer will plan your sessions and push you harder than you would push yourselves.
At Mumsfit we want to help mums get fitter. Personal training is no longer just for the rich and famous.
My vision for mumsfit is to make personal training affordable for mums. I know many friends who have given up on exercise after having children, they simply do not have the time or motivation to get started.
A simple solution bring the baby, children with you. Ok so my garden is not the most professional of settings but neither is the price I am charging. The average personal trainer costs around £60 per hour. For my spring promotion I am charging £150 for 10 PT sessions. The catch is you have to find a buddy to train with who will also pay that amount. Split the fee, get a professional PT at a fraction of the price.
I have found that when friends pair up they motivate each other, a little competition goes a long way.
